Level 1 - For beginners and those who need special
attention. Learn
correct alignment and breathing in basic yoga postures.
Level 1&2 -
Beginner/Intermediate. For students who have a basic
understanding of postures and are ready to move up a level.
You can
still expect fundamental instruction, guidance and modifications.
Level 2&3 - Intermediate/Advanced. The student
can expect a
vigorous class with more challenging variations and sequences.
Modifications will also be given. Previous yoga experience required.
